Can I upload a logo, photo, or design?
Yes. Upload PNG, JPG, PDF, or sketch files through the Store page. Davie can review most artwork for engraving as long as there are no copyright restrictions.
How does Square checkout fit in?
The site collects the product, customization choices, file name, notes, quantity, and cart total. A production backend should securely create a Square payment link using Davie's Square credentials.
Can teams or clubs run fundraiser orders?
Yes. The order flow includes a team, club, or fundraiser option. This is useful for youth sports, choir, marching band, school clubs, and other group orders.
How do wedding quotes work?
Wedding orders are quoted around the date, product mix, quantity, artwork, personalization list, and packaging needs. Popular requests include wedding party gifts, favors, barware, and keepsakes.
Can Davie engrave live at an event?
For select events, Davie can quote an on-site laser engraving service. The event needs approved products, clear design boundaries, power access, table space, and enough time for guest flow.
Can every product be customized?
Davie can engrave names, numbers, monograms, team stats, mascots, logos, short sayings, and special messages after reviewing artwork and product compatibility.
Do orders include gift bags?
The Store page includes a gift bag option. Davie's current About page mentions custom gift bags as a way to help organize and distribute orders.
What if I bring my own tumbler?
Bring-your-own tumbler engraving is treated as a quote request. Davie can confirm compatibility before payment.
